FAQ
How do I book a shoot?
You can fill out the information on the contact page and JLP will get back to you, or you can send JLP a message via email, social media, or phone. Please be sure to explain what type of photoshoot you're looking for and approximately when.
If you'd like to receive a message via text (sometimes emails can get sent to the junk mail), then please include your cell phone and say you'd prefer texting.
How many images will I receive?
Jena takes a lot of pictures and narrows them down to the best ones. JLP promises 40 images (depending on the type of photoshoot), but JLP always over delivers.
Where are you based?
Jena Lynn Photography is based in Northern Wisconsin near Marengo.
Do you travel?
JLP can travel by vehicle, but travel (both there and back) from the Marengo area becomes an added fee of $50/hour. This covers time, fuel costs, and wear and tear.
What is your turnaround time?
JLP's turnaround time is pretty quick - usually within a couple of days.
However, during the busy Fall season, JLP tries to fit in as many sessions as the schedule allows for all of the pretty autumn colors, which does set JLP back a lot more on turnaround times. It can be up to a couple of weeks during August-November.
